POSITION SUMMARY

As an Ecommerce Business Admin, you will work with various internal and brand teams to gather requirements on upcoming product, price and inventory changes. You will be responsible to configure these changes using the Business Manager module on both staging and production environments. You will also be responsible to setup promotions and campaigns including landing pages on the storefront for various brands based on requirements. This is a very time sensitive role and requires careful planning, an ownership mindset and an eye for detail.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with internal teams such as Creative, Brand and Engineering to ensure website is up to date.

Update website banners, build landing pages and configure campaigns and promotions as per brand requirements.

Thoroughly test and validate all BAU tasks to ensure they are delivered as per brand requirements on staging environments and replicated on production.

Perform catalog updates for price & inventory changes.

Importing/updating product info using feeds.

Updating SEO metadata and fixing broken links.

CMS updates on websites for static images, banners & content.

Monitoring campaign performance social media and google analytics.

Preparing custom reports as needed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in IT or related functional business area or equivalent experience.

2+ years experience with website maintenance and reporting using SFCC Business Manager, WordPress and Shopify.

Experience with content, product and inventory management using Business Manager.

Numerical and intermediate Excel skills.

Experienced in working with product, price and inventory feeds.

Experience with configuring promotions and campaigns using Business Manager.

Knowledge of CSS Media queries.

Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.

Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
