- Conversion Experience Ownership
- Shape and optimize the end-to-end user journeyfrom initial landing through to conversionensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
- Scalable Design Systems
- Develop and maintain a robust component library in Figma that supports rapid iteration and ensures visual and functional consistency across digital properties.
- Insight-Driven Design Decisions
- Leverage behavioral data (e.g., user sessions, funnel analytics, experimentation results) to generate hypotheses and implement design improvements that enhance acquisition efficiency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, aligning user experience goals with technical feasibility.
- Trust-Centered UX Strategy
- Apply strong design principles tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences, balancing speed, clarity, and credibility.
- Performance & Accessibility
- Ensure all user interfaces are optimized for speed and adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), recognizing their impact on engagement and conversion.

Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Work)
- CMS Component Development
- Create and refine modular content blocks within a headless CMS, enabling non-technical teams to build and launch pages efficiently.
- Experimentation & Testing Design
- Design and prototype multiple variations of key user flows (e.g., pricing, onboarding) to support A/B testing initiatives.
- Interactive Prototyping
- Build high-fidelity, clickable prototypes in Figma to validate user journeys and identify friction points early.
- Design Reviews & Stakeholder Alignment
- Present and articulate design decisions using user experience rationale and data-backed insights.
- User Behavior Analysis
- Analyze session recordings and behavioral tools to uncover usability issues and areas for improvement.
- Asset Optimization
- Prepare and deliver optimized visual assets (e.g., SVGs, modern image formats, animations) to maintain performance standards.
- Engineering Collaboration
- Provide detailed design specifications and documentation to ensure accurate implementation.
- Market & Competitor Research
- Continuously evaluate industry-leading digital experiences to inform and elevate design strategies.
