Web Developer Senior

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to support Retail Digital Banking platforms. The role focuses on building and maintaining web applications, front-end components, and integrations with backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React and web technologies, as well as familiarity with Unix environments, Oracle databases, and banking systems. Exposure to DevOps and Agile practices is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications for Digital Banking platforms.
• Build responsive front-end components using React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate services using Oracle databases and APIs.
• Support Unix-based deployments, batch jobs, and application scripts.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.
• Ensure applications comply with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Support DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and management reports as required.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.

Required Skills:

• 6-9 years of experience in web application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience working with Oracle databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux/HPUX operating systems.
• Experience in application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and change management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Java, JSP, Spring Framework, XML, SQL, and Unix scripting.
• Exposure to AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite, or Web Content Management (WCM) platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and management reporting practices.
• Experience in banking or financial services domain, especially Retail Digital Banking.
