Your Role at VT Markets
This role is responsible for the end-to-end operation, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's websites. This role owns website execution from CMS implementation to daily operations, works closely with backend developers and technical teams, and actively identifies opportunities to enhance performance, usability, and scalability. The role does not require hands-on coding, but requires strong technical understanding, project experience, and a proactive mindset to improve the website across technology, content, UX, performance, and governance.
Job Requirements
Required Experience & Skills- 4-7 years of experience in website operations, digital operations, or web project roles.
- Proven experience managing website projects and CMS implementations end-to-end.
- Strong experience working with backend developers and technical teams.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Preferably have prior financial/fintech/trading industry experience.
- Highly collaborative player who can plan (think) and execute (do).
Technical Knowledge (Non-Coding)- Strong understanding of:
- CMS platforms (traditional and headless).
- Website architectures, environments, and deployment workflows.
- Backend concepts (APIs, integrations, databases).
- Analytics, tagging, and performance fundamentals.
- Ability to review, test, and validate technical work without writing code.
Nice to Have- Experience in fintech, brokerage, or regulated industries.
- Experience managing multi-market or multilingual websites.
- Familiarity with agile, sprint, or ticket-based delivery models.
Job Responsibilities
Website Operations & CMS Ownership- Own day-to-day website operations including content updates, page launches, configuration changes, a maintenance.
- Manage CMS platforms from implementation and setup to ongoing execution and optimization.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all website environments and markets.
- Manage publishing workflows, approvals, and version control.
Website Projects & Enhancements- Lead and support website-related projects including:
- CMS implementations or migrations.
- Website redesigns and feature rollouts.
- New page templates, components, and integrations.
- Coordinate project timelines, requirements, testing, and releases.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve website UX, performance, structure, and content delivery.
Backend & Technical Collaboration- Work closely with backend developers and technical teams to:
- Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs and tickets.
- Coordinate backend logic, integrations, APIs, forms, and tracking updates.
- Test and validate changes across staging and production environments.
- Act as the bridge between marketing, product, and engineering team.
Technology Awareness & Optimization- Stay informed on the latest website technologies, CMS trends, and digital best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, or enhancements that improve site performance, scalabili security.
- Support adoption of modern frameworks (e.g. headless CMS, automation, Al-assisted content workflows).
Governance, Quality & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, regulatory, and UX standards.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change logs.
- Support release governance, incident handling, and rollback processes.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement- Monitor website health, performance, and operational KPIs.
- Review user behavior, feedback, and performance data to inform enhancements.
- Drive ongoing optimization across content, structure, speed, and conversion.
