Coordinate investigations and responses to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation on incidents relating to Web Security (Cloudflare WAF, CDN, DNS etc.).
Work on request tickets assigned to the team; go through due process for configuration changes on Web Security (Cloudflare WAF, CDN, DNS etc).
Manage user access and onboarding to Cloudflare, enforce multi-factor authentication, and maintain oversight of privileged accounts
Design and develop any automations and integrations required relating to Cloudflare platform and operations
On-call standby for activation post office hours for any security incidents
Preferred skills:
Cyber security or computer security related degree will be preferred
Knowledge and experience in WAF, App security, DNS security or CDN management
Experience working in a service desk handling incident tickets will be preferred
