Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Respond to tickets assigned to the team by SOC.
  • Coordinate investigations and responses to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation on incidents relating to Web Security (Cloudflare WAF, CDN, DNS etc.).
  • Work on request tickets assigned to the team; go through due process for configuration changes on Web Security (Cloudflare WAF, CDN, DNS etc).
  • Manage user access and onboarding to Cloudflare, enforce multi-factor authentication, and maintain oversight of privileged accounts
  • Design and develop any automations and integrations required relating to Cloudflare platform and operations
  • On-call standby for activation post office hours for any security incidents

Preferred skills:

  • Cyber security or computer security related degree will be preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in WAF, App security, DNS security or CDN management
  • Experience working in a service desk handling incident tickets will be preferred
