Junior to Mid Level

Location: Malaysia

Role Responsibilities

• Work on our main corporate website which help drives our business engagement
• Work with designers to deliver high quality user experience
• Work with cross-functional team to implement exciting new features on our websites such as region expansion and business partnership
• Ensure our web page performance and optimization to deliver the best user experience and drive our SEO
• Troubleshoot UI bugs caused by cross-browser compatibility issues or client/server-side logic

Role Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English (Cantonese will be a plus)
• Build consistent UI and UX across various browsers and devices with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Deep experience with React, professional experience with Next.js is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development and consistent styling across complex web applications
• Understanding of web performance, optimization techniques and cross-browser compatibility
• Value reusable and maintainable code along with clear documentations
• Experience using Git for version control
• Some experience working cross-functionally
• Good communication skills and are very team-oriented
• Work experience in a startup is a PLUS
• Marketing knowledge is a PLUS

Nice to have skills, but not required

• Experience in working with headless CMS such as Contentful, GraphCMS, DatoCMS, Sanity
• Experience in handling localization across multiple regions
• Knowledge in GraphQL, SWR is a plus
