Web3 Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish strategic collaborations with blockchain projects, DAOs, NFT ecosystems, and Web3 service providers.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive adoption, integrate our technology, and grow ecosystem partnerships.
• Build relationships with venture capitalists, investors, and exchanges to enhance funding opportunities and business scaling.
• Drive B2B and institutional client acquisition by engaging with potential partners in crypto-native industries and enterprises exploring blockchain adoption.
• Identify new revenue streams through product licensing, white-label solutions, and strategic alliances.
• Negotiate business deals, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance monetization strategies.
• Work closely with community managers and marketing teams to strengthen partnerships through co-branded campaigns, events, and collaborations.
• Represent the company at blockchain conferences, hackathons, and networking events to establish brand authority.
• Support the development of DAO governance models to enhance user engagement and community decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in Web3 and blockchain infrastructure.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to identify unique value propositions and business opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the Web3 or blockchain industry.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends
• Strong knowledge of Layer 1 and 2 blockchains, DAOs, NFTs, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfully securing partnerships, closing deals, and driving Web3 adoption.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Experience in community-building initiatives and fostering relationships in crypto-native communities.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English in spoken and written
• Preferred based in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya
