Welder

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Certificate in Welding
• Experienced in TIG welding
  
  

Responsibilities:-

• To perform GTAW welding as required.
• Responsible to set up and operate fabricating machines, such as metal shear, grinders, rolled and drill presses, to bend, cut, form, punch, drill, or otherwise form and assemble metal components.
• Arranging and assuring the welded parts to be arranged in order before being assembled into final products; using such tools as square, caliper or ruler for this task.
• Inspect welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and compliance with quality requirements.
• Ensure all products manufactured meet the desired manufacturing specification and operation procedure.
• Perform checking on all equipment on a routine basis and maintain good housekeeping in the working environment.
• Ensuring assigned daily work schedule and production target achieved.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Carry out other job responsibilities and activities as assigned from time to time.
