Well Integrity Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with well integrity standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, review, and optimize well integrity performance across assets.
• Lead risk assessments, failure investigations, and mitigation strategies.
• Support well intervention planning and execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including drilling, production, and HSE Operations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8-10 years of working experiences in Well Integrity.
• Strong background in well integrity management systems (WIMS)
• Experience with integrity software/tools and data analysis
• Familiarity with Malaysian regulatory frameworks is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
