About the Role

The Junior Well Intervention Engineer will support the planning and execution of well intervention activities. The role involves assisting with well integrity management, optimizing well performance, and coordinating with technical and field teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing basic well intervention programmes.
• Support technical analysis related to well performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field personnel to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or <1 year experience (internship preferred).
• Basic knowledge of completions, well integrity, and drilling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
