Well Services SSHE Coordinator - Onshore/Offshore (Sabah)
Job Description
Responsibility:
- Coordinate and support SSHE activities for Well Services operations, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide SSHE guidance and oversight for well services activities, including risk assessments, safety procedures, and field operations.
- Monitor and promote safe work practices and support the implementation of SSHE standards across well services operations.
- Work closely with Well Services, Operations, and contractors to identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
- Participate in SSHE inspections, audits, incident investigations, and safety improvement initiatives.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably within a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment.
- Relevant experience in a similar SSHE role, with strong familiarity with Well Services activities and operational requirements.
- Good knowledge of SSHE standards, risk management, and safe work practices.
