What Does a Day Look Like

As a Wellness Sales Specialist, you'll spend your day interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable health and wellness products. You'll also work closely with our team to strategize and meet sales targets.

AsWellness Sales Specialistyour primary responsibilities will include:

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media (Databased provided).
  • Setting up meetings/appointments with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Prepare proposals & quotations according to clients requirements.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, participate together in the program/workshops.
  • Design health screening and wellness program.
  • Do research on market need/trend of health screening and wellness program.

About You

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

  • Educational Background in Wellness:Ideal candidates should have a background in wellness-related fields, such as dietetics, nutrition, or medical studies. (Preferrable)
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills:Ability to effectively understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Relationship Building:Experience in sales, particularly within corporate environments, and the ability to build strong relationships (Key Account Management) in the Health & Wellness industry, especially in relation to HRDF.
  • Work Ethic and Reliability:Demonstrates a strong work ethic, is proactive, goal-oriented, responsible, and reliable. Must be able to honor commitments consistently.
  • Self-Motivation and Organizational Skills:Capable of efficiently organizing your routine and maintaining high levels of self-motivation.
  • Income-Driven:Looking for attractive income opportunities and motivated by financial success.
  • Transportation:Must have own transportation for travel to work appointments.
