About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to accelerate our Wholesale growth across Southeast Asia. In this role, you'll drive sell-in and sell-through performance, strengthen key wholesale partnerships, expand market coverage, and ensure brand excellence across strategic channels.
What You'll Do:
- Lead wholesale sales performance to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Develop and execute go-to-market and seasonal sales strategies aligned with Vans brand direction
- Manage and grow key accounts, securing strong assortments, service levels, and customer satisfaction
- Identify new distribution partners and market opportunities to expand Vans footprint in the region
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketing & Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting, timely deliveries, and effective in-store execution
- Track sales performance, consumer trends, and competitive activity to guide strategic planning
- Drive seasonal business reviews, sales reporting, and performance insights for stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to build negotiation strength, brand knowledge, and customer engagement capabilities
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 810 years wholesale/account management experience, ideally with sports, lifestyle, or footwear brands
- Strong understanding of retail/wholesale dynamics, account planning & brand positioning in sports/streetwear
- Proven track record in key account management and driving sell-in & sell-through performance
- Strong analytical, negotiation & presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Willingness to travel across the region as required
