Wholesale Officer (Contract)

MBG Fruits is seeking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Wholesale Officer to manage the logistics operations of our company. The Wholesale Officer will be responsible to prepare paper works, coordinate the distribution of our products, and ensure all activities are conducted in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle paper work (Packing list, Delivery order, Credit note, Return note from customer) and related documentation within the department.
• Summarise monthly sales, gross profit, and credit note.
• Proper filing of documentation.
• Contact customer to ensure all documentation to customer is well received and able to proceed with monthly payments for MBG.
• Coordinate with other departments (i.e. : Finance, Logistics) for general administrative duties.
• Address work-related inquiries or uncertainties promptly and ensure all assigned tasks are completed without pending work.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or supply chain administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
