Location: Menara Maxis

Internship Period: Up to 6 months

Role Overview

Support the Consumer Mobile team in tracking agreements, managing wholesale rate requests, updating operational systems, and organizing reporting to ensure smooth internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on contract signing status
• Complete and submit request forms for new wholesale rates
• Enter new wholesale and roaming deals in the VisRoam system
• Assist in preparing monthly wholesale performance reports
• Organize roaming-related files and documentation in shared folders
  
  

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Good Excel proficiency and documentation skills
• Strong communication and cross-team coordination ability
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage structured workflows
