Wind Power/Energy Storage Engineer

Job Description:

1. Develop annual work plans related to the position, break them down into specific action items, and make timely adjustments based on actual conditions.

2. Provide technical support and on-site services for abnormal equipment, defects, and complex fault troubleshooting in wind farms.

3. Organize and implement technical modifications, technical upgrade plans, and provide technical supervision and guidance.

4. Conduct safety hazard inspections for wind farm equipment, propose effective mitigation solutions, and oversee their implementation.

5. Analyze wind farm production indicators and equipment reliability.

6. Coordinate and communicate with suppliers on-site to resolve issues arising during project implementation.

7. Oversee wind turbine installation, commissioning, and grid connection during the installation and commissioning phase.

8. Maintain host server hardware, software systems, and network equipment in wind farms, including configuration, daily maintenance, optimization, and data backup.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: College degree or higher.

2. Work Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in wind farm installation/commissioning or O&M; overseas work experience is preferred.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PPT); familiarity with wind farm O&M management models; knowledge of primary/secondary substation equipment, automation, and grid-related devices.

4. General Skills: Strong English&Chinese proficiency; ability to adapt to international and multicultural environments; strong coordination, execution, continuous learning, analytical, and communication skills.

5. Personal Attributes: Responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
