You will:
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the escalated incident in Windows Server platforms
- Escalated the case to L3 Infrastructure/application team if need
- Perform the regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc
- Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentations.
- Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors and storages
- Liaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance
You bring:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline
- Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus
- 2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage
- Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable
- Self-motivated, quick learner, Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure
- Knowing in SAN infrastructure, SiteScope, AD and VMware is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Willing to work on 24x7 shift rotation & on public holidays (PH), will be compensated with shift allowance and time off for working on PH
