Windows Infrastructure Engineer (L2/L3)

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Windows Administrator (L2/L3) with Active Directory experience to manage Windows workloads across VMware and AWS environments. You will support critical business applications, ensuring availability, security and compliance with government IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure
• Manage Windows VMs on VMware and cloud platforms
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (users, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, sites and services)
• Automate routine tasks and health checks using PowerShell
• Perform patching, capacity planning, monitoring and root-cause analysis
• Maintain documentation and runbooks follow change-management processes
• Work with application teams and service providers to resolve issues

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration at L2/L3 level (expert)
• Strong VMware administration experience
• Strong Active Directory administration experience
• Good knowledge of AWS / Azure
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting

Good to Have:

• Ansible automation
• Data Centre experience
• Preferred: experience working on government project
