Role Description The Wireman PW4 role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasir Gudang. The Wireman will install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and cabling systems for machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure, following relevant regulations, safety standards, and technical drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing panel wiring and terminations, assisting with troubleshooting electrical and basic electronic issues, and supporting testing and commissioning of electrical installations. The role involves conducting routine inspections, identifying potential hazards or faults, and coordinating with supervisors and technicians to ensure safe and reliable operations. The Wireman PW4 will also maintain accurate documentation of work carried out, use appropriate tools and test instruments, and participate in continuous improvement and preventive maintenance activities.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electricity fundamentals and safe electrical work practices.
• Proficiency in cabling and electrical wiring for industrial or plant environments.
• Experience in panel wiring, terminations, and layout according to schematics.
• Basic understanding of electronics for troubleshooting simple control circuits.
• Relevant Wireman PW4 certification or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenance settings is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pasir Gudang and collaborate effectively in a diverse team.
