Overview of the role:

To present, contact and coordinate the sale of the company's products to customers in accordance with the company's policies, strategies, and guidelines of the department. As well as being a representative of the company in maintaining good relations with customers

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify, explore, and develop new customers through direct market visits, ensuring extensive market coverage in both depth and breadth.
  • Conduct regular field visits to customers and prospects to understand customer needs, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Drive business growth of assigned channels by effectively managing pricing strategies, trade marketing activities, and customer stock levels.
  • Collect, analyze, and report market and competitor intelligence to support pricing, positioning, and sales strategy decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders through continuous onsite engagement and followups.
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics team to plan costeffective and efficient distribution solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute fieldbased marketing initiatives, campaigns, and activities to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Prepare sales reports, visit plans, and forecast based on actual field activities and customer interactions.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor to support overall sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Proven working experience in furniture, interior design or decorative construction material industry is preferable
  • Connection with architect and interior designing professionals and association
  • Good interpersonal skills and have creativity
  • Good English written and verbal communication
