About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Workday HCM Transformation Lead to drive solution excellence, governance and adoption for our global Workday HCM platform. This position is based in Malaysia under a hybrid working arrangement.
What Youll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday-enabled HR initiatives, from solution design to implementation and user adoption.
- Serve as the Workday HCM subject matter expert across multiple modules, championing innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, Technology, Finance and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful Workday solutions.
- Establish change control, governance frameworks and KPI dashboards to ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Drive user enablement programmes to ensure stakeholders are trained and empowered to maximise Workday capabilities.
What Youll Bring
- 10+ years experience in HR Transformation / HR Technology, with at least 5 years in Workday HCM leadership or solution architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering large-scale Workday projects across multiple modules (e.g. Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning etc.).
- Excellent programme management, analytical and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience designing governance, KPIs and adoption strategies for HRIS solutions.
- Effective communicator with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
