Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of Workday integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and HR business needs.
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, and Workday APIs.
- Integrate Workday with other enterprise platforms, including data warehouses, security systems, and middleware.
- Ensure data integrity and secure data exchange across all systems.
- Create and execute test plans, troubleshoot integration issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor system performance, build dashboards, and implement improvements.
- Ensure all integrations comply with internal standards and external regulations.
- Maintain technical documentation and establish best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Continuously assess and improve the integration architecture for scalability and performance.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in enterprise integrations, with a focus on Workday.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and large-scale integration projects.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Workday certification (Integration or related modules) preferred.
Technical Skills & ToolsIntegration Tools:
- Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate
- Workday APIs and PECI for payroll integration
Web Services & APIs:
- Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT
- Experience designing and managing APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI
Middleware Platforms:
- MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus (preferred)
Programming & Scripting:
- Java, Python, C#, JavaScript
Data & Cloud:
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- ETL tools and processes
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Security & Version Control:
- Understanding of SSO, authentication protocols, and secure data transfer
- Experience with Git and version control best practices
