Project Overview
The Workday Integration Consultant will support a multi-year HR transformation program, focusing on the design, build, testing, and support of integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Workday integrations
- Support the full integration lifecycle from requirements to deployment
- Develop integration mappings, transformations, and scripts
- Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Maintain integration documentation and support artifacts
- Support cut-over, go-live, and post-deployment stabilization
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools and concepts
- Experience delivering end-to-end integrations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills across technical and functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating Workday with payroll systems
- Experience with middleware or API-based integrations
- Experience in global or multi-country HR programs
