Hiring: Workday Integration Consultant – People Systems

Location: Malaysia / India / Philippines

Experience: 5+ Years in HR Technology / HRIS / Enterprise Integrations

We are looking for a hands-on Workday Integration Consultant with strong experience in Workday integrations and Workday Extend application development to build, deploy, and support solutions for People Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
• Build and maintain custom Workday Extend applications that address business needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration and application solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving data transformations, security, middleware, and downstream systems.
• Collaborate with HR, business, technology, security, data, and vendor teams.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and post-production activities.
• Monitor integration performance, data reconciliation, and application reliability.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and workflows.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or enterprise integrations.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Experience building and launching at least 2 production Workday Extend applications.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and deliver practical technical solutions.

Good to Have

• Workday certifications
• Workday Orchestrate or middleware experience
• AI integrations, AI agents, or Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with data privacy, security, audit, and governance
