Job Description

  • Own global Workday functional domains across Absence, Time, Reporting, Surveys, and Talent Suite (Talent, Performance, Learning & Recruiting), driving standardization, scalability, and best practices.
  • Lead system design & transformation initiatives, including global absence redesign, time tracking optimization, talent lifecycle enhancements, and reporting strategy with strong focus on user experience and compliance.
  • Drive reporting & data governance excellence, establishing a central reporting framework, data dictionary, KPI definitions, and enabling self-service analytics across HR.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery & operations, including configuration, releases (R1/R2), UAT, ticket management, and acting as Tier 3 escalation for complex system issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally & lead continuous improvement, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Communications to optimize processes, enhance adoption, and ensure data accuracy and system integrity globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across at least two modules (Talent, Performance, Learning, or Recruiting), with the ability and interest to expand expertise across all areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven experience handling complex Workday issues, managing ticket queues, and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a global environment.
