Own global Workday functional domains across Absence, Time, Reporting, Surveys, and Talent Suite (Talent, Performance, Learning & Recruiting), driving standardization, scalability, and best practices.
Lead system design & transformation initiatives, including global absence redesign, time tracking optimization, talent lifecycle enhancements, and reporting strategy with strong focus on user experience and compliance.
Drive reporting & data governance excellence, establishing a central reporting framework, data dictionary, KPI definitions, and enabling self-service analytics across HR.
Manage end-to-end delivery & operations, including configuration, releases (R1/R2), UAT, ticket management, and acting as Tier 3 escalation for complex system issues.
Partner cross-functionally & lead continuous improvement, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Communications to optimize processes, enhance adoption, and ensure data accuracy and system integrity globally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across at least two modules (Talent, Performance, Learning, or Recruiting), with the ability and interest to expand expertise across all areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven experience handling complex Workday issues, managing ticket queues, and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a global environment.
