Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) Functional Lead to join our team. This hybrid role requires both leadership and hands on functional expertise in configuration, implementation and optimization of Workday's Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) module(s). You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, and Inventory functionalities that enhance purchasing, asset tracking, supplier management, and inventory control. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams including data and integration, providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Workday Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) module implementation, configuration and optimization, serving both as a lead and hands-on expert.

Provide expert guidance on Workday Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) best practices.

Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.

Assist in the configuration of Source to Pay (Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, and Inventory) business processes, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, asset depreciation, and inventory management

Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes

Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues

Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects

Provide end-user training and develop documentation

Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

Serve as the go-to SME and escalation point for Workday Core HCM configurations, security, and system issues

Provide status updates to the PMO and executive leadership, ensuring transparency in project execution

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working with Workday Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory), or similar ERP supply chain systems, with mix of hands on and leadership responsibilities.

Strong understanding of Workday Source to Pay (Workday Procurement, Assets, Supplier Accounts, & Inventory) configurations, workflows, and reporting.

Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, asset tracking, and inventory control is preferred

Experience with Workday security, business processes, and integrations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication, stakeholder and team management skills.
