Job Description

Requirement and Overview:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing workday support services especially in HR systems.
  • Experience in Workday core HCM includes Absence, benefits, time tracking etc.
  • Manage Workday Release Management.
  • Workday Integration, especially with Peoplesoft Payroll (Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, Payroll Integrations, REST, SOAP APIs)
  • Oracle Peoplesoft configuration.
  • Experience in implementing SSO, multi-factor authentication and authentication policies
  • Experience in analysis requirements, provide configuration options for Product Owners, configuration, testing, building tenants.
  • Must have workday certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support services for HR systems, with a focus on Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, and Compensation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data flows, ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and offer effective system configuration solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and generate HR reports using Excel and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
  • Manage Workday release updates and coordinate with stakeholders for testing and implementation.
  • Support Workday integrations with third-party systems including PeopleSoft Payroll, utilizing EIBs, REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Assist in the implementation of authentication mechanisms such as SSO and multi-factor authentication.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle PeopleSoft and ensure alignment with HR processes and policies.
  • Participate in tenant builds, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities for new features or enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation and provide training or guidance to end-users as needed.
