We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning Business Intelligence to support enterprise workforce strategy through advanced analytics and data-driven insights.
This role sits at the intersection of HR, Finance, and Data Analytics, responsible for building scalable workforce intelligence solutions that support leadership decision-making across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop executive dashboards and workforce analytics reporting for senior leadership (CHRO/CFO level).
- Design workforce planning models to forecast talent demand, supply gaps, productivity trends, and attrition risks.
- Build scenario simulations to evaluate workforce strategies including organisational restructuring, automation initiatives, and location strategies.
- Develop data-driven insights and benchmarking frameworks to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Build self-service analytics tools enabling stakeholders to assess workforce performance and planning outcomes.
- Integrate workforce planning with cost modelling to evaluate efficiency and scalability of organisational structures.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Intelligence / Workforce Analytics / Data Strategy
- Advanced skills in Power BI or Tableau
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python or R
- Experience with driver-based forecasting and scenario modelling
- Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning platforms
- Ability to translate complex analytics into clear insights for senior leadership
