Workforce Reporting & Analytics Coordinator (6-month Contract)

We are hiring a Workforce Reporting & Analytics Coordinator (6-month Contract) to join a leading global professional services organization.

This role supports workforce operations through accurate data management, reporting, analytics, and cross-functional coordination. You will help provide leadership with visibility into workforce capacity, utilization, and key operational metrics while ensuring data remains accurate and up to date.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain and track workforce data to support leadership dashboards and reporting.

• Develop practice and country level reports for leadership reviews and committee discussions.

• Analyze billability, utilization, capacity, and leave trends to identify relevant insights.

• Manage timesheet reconciliation in partnership with Finance.

• Own and maintain weekly case MIS reporting, ensuring alignment and data accuracy.

• Support capacity and utilization tracking through timely and accurate reporting.

• Coordinate ad hoc requests across teams including Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Career Development.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in workforce operations, reporting, analytics, staffing, or a related area.

• Experience in professional services industry is preferred.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data reconciliation.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with HR, workforce management, MIS, or other reporting systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timelines.

• Clear communication skills and confidence coordinating across stakeholders.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering exposure to workforce analytics, operational reporting, leadership insights, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced professional services environment.
