Job Description
Responsibilities
- The WSHO is responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the Safety, Health and Environmental matters in the project.
- Liaise closely with the Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
- Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/ practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time
- Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environmental compliance
- Preparation and submission of reports
- Ensure safe work procedures implemented to control risk.
Requirements
- Registered with MOM as WSHO, ECO
- At least 3 years of experience as a WSH Officer with LTA projects
- Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance
- Must possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Safety & Health, or relevant degree
