Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle full daily accounting using Xero (invoicing, bills, bank, SST, reports)
- Take care of warehouse/stock: receive materials, issue to production, keep everything neat and labelled
- Record stock movement in our system (DelmiaWorks IQMS we will teach you)
- Do monthly stock-take and simple reports for boss
- Make sure whatever comes in or goes out (money or material) is recorded properly
Job Requirements
- Already using Xero daily (at least 23 years)
- Has done inventory or warehouse work before in a factory or small company
- Likes everything to be accurate and organized
- Okay with a small team environment where everyone helps out
- Good English + Malay (Mandarin is a bonus for communication with China team)
