Yard Management Executive

Monitor and manage Long Storage Maintenance (LSM) activities to ensure vehicles are

maintained in optimal condition.

• Oversee external yard storage, ensuring proper space utilization, safety compliance, and

good yard conditions.

• Supervise and coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and maintenance operators to

ensure productivity and adherence to quality standards.

• Track, inspect, and manage defective and returned vehicles, ensuring timely resolution and

proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, storage status, and maintenance activities.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth logistics

operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy and timeliness of operational reports.

• Efficiency in yard space utilization and vehicle arrangement.

• Reduction in vehicle damage or defects during storage and handling.

• Timely processing of defective and returned vehicles.

• Productivity and performance of PDI and maintenance operations.

• Compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Knowledge in automotive is advantage
• Leadership and team management
• Familiarity with inventory or yard management systems
• Minimum Degree in Logistics Mangement or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport
• Willing to travel Bagan Penang & Batu Kawan
