Working Location: KL Sentral
Working hours : 24/7 Rotating shift (5 work days, 2 days off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via chat and email channels (non-voice)
- Handle inquiries, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering accurate information and effective solutions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in TRADITIONAL MANDARIN (reading and typing) is mandatory
- Minimum SPM with 1 year Customer Service experience, Diploma & Degree qualification without working experience will be considered (Fresh Grads); OR
- Willing to work on-site at KL Sentral (Work at Office).
