Job Description

Working Location: KL Sentral

Working hours : 24/7 Rotating shift (5 work days, 2 days off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via chat and email channels (non-voice)
  • Handle inquiries, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering accurate information and effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in TRADITIONAL MANDARIN (reading and typing) is mandatory
  • Minimum SPM with 1 year Customer Service experience, Diploma & Degree qualification without working experience will be considered (Fresh Grads); OR
  • Willing to work on-site at KL Sentral (Work at Office).
