Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce company services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up actions. The Telemarketing Specialist will maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking systems, provide timely responses to inquiries, and support customer service-related follow-up. The role includes collaborating with the sales team to meet lead generation and conversion targets, following call scripts and compliance guidelines, and sharing feedback from prospects to refine messaging. The Telemarketing Specialist is expected to contribute to a professional, goal-oriented environment and uphold the company's standards of communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Strong lead generation and sales skills, with the ability to meet call and conversion targets.
Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
Customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries, concerns, and follow-up professionally.
Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
