INTRIX is a fast-growing technology brand specializing in smart energy and smart living solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Planning from a marketing agency background to bring strategic thinking, consumer insights, and brand-building expertise into our in-house marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning business ambitious into impactful campaigns, brand narratives, and growth strategies - while working closely with founders, sales, creative and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Brand & Marketing Strategy

Lead overall brand communication and strategic marketing planning for INTRIX and future brand expansions.
Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives, sales targets, and brand positioning.
Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis into actionable marketing initiatives.
Build compelling campaign narratives and communication angles that strengthen brand differentiation.

2. Consumer & Market Insights

Conduct research on consumer behavior, lifestyle trends, competitor movements, and market opportunities.
Identify emerging cultural, digital, and design trends relevant to the home living, interior design, and lifestyle industry.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to uncover real customer pain points and insights.

3. Campaign & Creative Strategy

Develop strategic directions and creative briefs for digital campaigns, launches, activations, events, partnerships and social media.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure strategic consistency across all touchpoints.
Ensure campaigns are not only creative, but commercially effective and conversion-focused.

4. Business & Growth Contribution

Support management team in identifying new groth opportunities, partnership strategies, and market expansion plans.
Work closely with founders and leadership team on long-term brand vision and strategic positioning.
Contribute strategic input for product launches, showroom experience, interior designer engagement, and channel marketing.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and guide junior marketing team members in strategic thinking and campaign development.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, operations, product, and customer experience teams.
Present strategic recommendations and campaign rationale confidently to stakeholders.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, or marketing strategy within a marketing agency.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-driven environment.
Experience in handling both B2B and B2C marketing.
Possess a strong foundation in AI technologies and data analytics, with a proven ability to apply these tools to optimize marketing strategies and drive campaign performance.
