Account & Admin Executive (Automotive Industry)

Company Overview

Pantai Bharu Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is an established business group with core operations in the automotive industry, complemented by additional exposure in rental and property-related activities. Our automotive portfolio includes reconditioned vehicle sales, aftersales/service operations, and authorized dealership operations.

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Account & Admin Executive to support daily accounting and administrative operations across the group. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, hands-on, and comfortable working in a multi-business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Support

  • Handle daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Prepare basic financial schedules and support month-end closing.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation for audit, SST, and internal review.

Automotive & Operations Accounting

  • Record and monitor vehicle sales transactions (reconditioned vehicles & KIA dealership).
  • Manage accounting records for service centre operations, including service invoices, parts sales, and labour charges.
  • Track relevant documents such as delivery orders, service reports, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales, and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

Administration & Office Support

  • Handle general office administration including filing, data entry, and document control.
  • Maintain proper records for invoices, receipts, agreements, and internal documents.
  • Prepare basic reports, letters, and administrative paperwork.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word effectively.
  • Experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
