Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients
  • Preparing monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Reconciling bank accounts and managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with tax preparation and compliance tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
  • Collaborating with the broader accounting team to ensure efficient and effective operations

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small practice or firm; Fresh Graduated are encourage to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and client confidentiality
