Account Executive (Account Servicing)

This is a full-time on-site position, based in Kuala Lumpur, for an Account Executive focusing on account servicing. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, assisting with project execution, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, preparing project proposals, generating reports, and identifying growth opportunities. The individual will also be involved in monitoring campaign performance while ensuring client satisfaction is prioritized at all times.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
• Project coordination and organization skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience in media planning, creative design, and knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Analytical skills for monitoring campaign performance and compiling reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience with marketing or advertising agencies is a plus.
