Job Description

We are seeking a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Account Executive/Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, supporting documents, and financial information.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables when necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of schedules and supporting documents for auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting and financial records.
  • Assist with other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Administration

  • Handle general administrative duties and provide administrative support to the management and team.
  • Manage and maintain proper filing systems, records, and company documents.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents when required.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, service providers, and relevant parties.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and other office-related activities.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates with relevant working experience in accounting and administrative roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
