Job Description

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Able to maintain accurate accounting records for payable, receivable and general ledger.
• Able to prepare all financial statements on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Reconcile bank statements and able to resolve any discrepancies.
• Able to comply with tax laws.
• Prepare and monitor budgets.
• Able to handle audits and provide all requirements for year-end reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in similar role.
• Have very good experience in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Able to learn and deal with any accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
