We're looking for an Account Executive to join our Commercial team, drive revenue through the acquisition of new job vacancies across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate has a strong business background, experience in HR or EOR services, and enjoys working with international clients.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be hunting leads and acquiring new clients, measured by the number of newly acquired jobs and ultimately revenue from Startups and SME clients. The role will demand face-to-face interaction and expect you to build valuable relationships with clients at various levels.
In this role, you will:
- Actively engage in outbound sales activities to acquire new clients
- Cross-sell various Glints products and services across our offices within Southeast Asia
- Collaborate with the Sales Development team to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
- Participate and contribute ideas in sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue
- Accurately forecast and report sales performance
- Manage and build strong relationships with foreign clients
- Closely partner with internal team across department to deliver active HR and EoR solutions for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For
- Min. 1 year of working experience in B2B service sales and/or account management. Plus point if experience working in EOR and/or Recruitment Industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding or high achievements in individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or similar function
- Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, and is able to forecast accurately.
- High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
- (Nice to Have) Relevant experience in HR Processes, Talent Management, or Regional EoR Businesses.
