Hiring for Account Executive
Working Place: Merit Technologies Sdn Bhd, Sunway Damansara
Responsibilities:
To handle the full set of accounts (i.e. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables, Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow etc.), as well as prepare monthly closing, financial management reports and SST filings.
To monitor daily cash balance, bank reconciliation and account entries.
To ensure that all accounting and financial records and transactions are correct and up-to-date.
To liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents and company secretary when necessary.
To handle returns, and related tasks such as Zakat, EPF & SOCSO contributions), income tax submissions and SST related responsibilities.
To verify all internal Purchase Orders as well as external invoices and to ensure timely payments prepared to all payments, along with issuing payment vouchers to clients/vendors/suppliers.
To maintain a good relationship with suppliers and clients.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Account, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Possess good command of English (Speaking & Writing)
Have knowledge in accounting system (which applicable)
