Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Pelabuhan Klang. The Account Executive will be responsible for handling client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Key tasks include managing account activities, preparing financial reports, overseeing billing processes, assisting with account reconciliations, and addressing client inquiries to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining accurate records are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in account management, client relations, and customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing account activities
• Experience in financial reporting, billing, and account reconciliation
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools in accounting or logistics systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Background in logistics or related industry is a plus
• LCCI Higher / Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
