Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and post journal entries
• Manage Accounts Payable process vendor invoices & payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable track invoicing & customer payments
• Reconcile bank statements and key balance sheet accounts
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies
• Provide admin and ad hoc support to the finance team

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 12 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting (shared services/finance company preferred)
• Familiar with accounting software like SQL, SAP, or QuickBooks added advantage
• Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.

Salary Range

• RM 2,800 to RM 3,200
