Account Manager (Northern)

Job Description Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profit target of BD products at
the areas assigned and developing market share. Provide guidance and training for
distributors/sub-distributors sales forces and customers.
Main Responsibilities
Works closely with the Key Account Manager and plays a strategic role in managing
high impact sales opportunities specific to Medical and Life Science Segment
Maintains key relationships with clients, and leads the execution of critical sales
processes
Achieving sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area.
Work together with distributors team on assigned area to provide monthly sales
forecast to provide sufficient stock of BD products.
Create demand for new products to enter the market.
Carry out market surveys and gather important information on our products and
competitors.
Conduct in-service training to prospective, new and existing customers, as well as
product knowledge training to distributor's/sub-distributors sales forces.
Provide valuable insights into sales forecasts as inputs into the overall demand
planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in any science field, nursing
background preferred.
3 - 5 years of sales & marketing experience from Med Tech - Healthcare or
Laboratory - Life Science industries preferred.
Prior experience and knowledge in nursing can be considered.
