Maintain accurate financial records for all properties, including transaction entries, reconciliations, invoices, payments, and receipts.
Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and property performance analyses (occupancy, rental income, expenses).
Support budgeting and forecasting by working with property managers to prepare budgets, monitor performance, and explain variances.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant reporting requirements.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve financial queries and discrepancies.
Drive improvements in financial processes and support the adoption of digital tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of working experience in Accounting role, preferably in property or real estate sector.
Professional certification such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. Proven experience in real estate or property accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
