Job Description
The ideal candidate will support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting activities for multiple entities within a Global Shared Services / RTR environment. The role will work closely with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support financial reporting, schedules and variance analysis
- Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support ERP implementation, migration and enhancement projects
Qualifications
- Experience in RTR / Record-to-Report or accounting operations
- Hands-on experience in month-end closing and reconciliations
- Knowledge of intercompany accounting and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
