Admin Assistant (Based in Sungai Buloh)

Job Responsibilities :-

• Prepare work order/sales order planning
• Transportation/delivery / logistic coordination
• Process customer claims
• Manage filing and record keeping systematically
• To perform ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the superior when necessary.
  
  

Job Requirements :-

• Diploma & Bachelor's degree in business, admin, or a related field.
• Previous 1 or 2 years experience in an administrative role/warehouse admin.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
