Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Attend to customer inquiries, able to process orders in a timely & effectively manner.
  • Perform daily operations, sales administration & clerical function.
  • Arrangement of logistic schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Liaise and coordinate with sales team pertaining customer's order, compile & update reports for submission.
  • Assist sales team to maintain customer database.
  • Maintain proper filing system & general office work.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned and delegated.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably Junior executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Computer literate, Possess Knowledge in MS Office-Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Auto-count software is a plus point.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Work location: Pasir Gudang, Johor.
